124th Cottages

The 124th St Cottages development is situated in Brush Prairie, Washington, with NE 99th Street and NE 124th Ave being the cross streets. This 42-lot subdivision was created by assembling two adjacent properties, and we undertook the entire project from raw land to the development of finished lots. HSR successfully completed and sold the development in 2022.
