Harris Town Village was procured by HSR through a distressed sale, necessitating the completion of engineering work and subsequent land development. Under the umbrella of Hearthstone Homes, HSR's parent company, all the homes were constructed as speculative (spec) builds. The comprehensive undertaking, from acquisition to completion, spanned approximately nine months.
