HSR has recently acquired a 57-acre site located just north of Lacamas Lake in Camas, Washington. The company is presently in the process of obtaining land-use approvals. It's not yet clear what the exact nature of the project will be, but given the size and location of the site, it has the potential to be a significant development that could have a significant impact on the local area.
