179th Street Storage was a ground-up development project that HSR undertook and successfully executed, overseeing it through every stage of construction. In collaboration with a national storage affiliate known as NSA, HSR established a partnership for the venture. The entire project, from its initial acquisition to its final completion, spanned a period of two years. Following its completion, HSR assumed ownership and management responsibilities for the facility until it was eventually sold for a remarkable sum of $11,000,000.00.
